You think I'm joking about toppling TBR piles, don't you? I'm expecting a producer from "Hoarders: Buried Alive" to show up at my door any day now. So I photographed my TBR "pile" (that term is a joke at this point) just to prove it. Note that these books are in no order whatsoever. The only common denominator is that I haven't read them yet, want to read them at some point, and that this is only the print books. You don't want to see my Kindle "shelf." Seriously. I have a problem.
The original TBR shelf. Sorry about the glare from the window beside the shelf. If you look carefully you can see I'm behind with Mercy Thompson, Sookie, my beloved Black Dagger Brotherhood, and Dresden Files. Shameful.
Ran out of space there, so spilled into second shelf...
Ran out of space there, so spilled onto the floor...
If you're morbidly curious, you can probably click on those pictures and see the titles.
So...I'm offering FOUR grab-bags today. Each "grab bag" has at least four books in it. So, sixteen books total. These might be ARCs. They might be hardback. They might be paperback. Most will be new; one or two might be gently used.
So, here's all you have to do to enter. Tell me the order you'd prefer to win these grab bags in. In other words, if you most want to win the Urban Fantasy grab bag, list UF as #1. If your second choice would be Epic Fantasy, list that as #2, etc.
Grab Bag No. 1 is URBAN FANTASY/PARANORMAL ROMANCE.
Grab Bag No. 2 is SCIENCE FICTION (which includes steampunk, time-travel, alt history, etc.).
Grab Bag No. 3 is EPIC FANTASY or traditional fantasy.
Grab Bag No. 4 is YOUNG ADULT. All paranormal titles.
I'll let random.org pull the winners from among the commenters/entries. First one pulled wins his or her first choice, second one wins highest choice not yet claimed, etc.
Clear as mud?
