Last Chance to Enter Weekly C*ntests for Books--and a #Kindle or #Nook

Today's family errand day (well, okay,  yes, and the SEC championship football game), so I'm off tending to things.

In the meantime, there is a River Road tour stop today at Butterfly-o-Meter where I'm dishing up some secrets from the Sentinels of New Orleans characters! Remember that you can fill out the Rafflecopter form to enter for the tour-wide giveaways of a choice of Kindle Paperwhite, Nook Simple Touch, or a $100 gift card to the online retailer of choice (actually if you choose Book Depository, you pick out $100 worth of books, send it to me, and I'll order them since BD doesn't have gift cards).

Commenters are also entered into my daily mystery book giveaway. The mystery books, by the way, in January will become "Book Horde" books. There are HUNDREDS of books in my horde, and you'll be able to choose what you want. If you've won a mystery book in the last month or so, which is how far behind I am with my mailings, you can choose from the list by clicking on the tab above. Warning, however--I'm having to put the books up a few at a time, so this is maybe 1 percent of what the total list will look like.

In the meantime, there are book giveaways and tour stops if you'll scroll down. See you tomorrow with an annotated River Road chapter and winners!

  5. Book Horde sounds terrifying and lovely at the same time. I imagine it would make a good book title or band name as well.

  7. Actually, I have a comment on my blog survey to thank for the Book Horde idea--to let folks pick from my stash instead of just giving away "mystery" books that you might already have...now I just have to get them all listed :-)

  8. It's always nice to meet a fellow book horder! I have so many books that I can't bring myself to give away and reread from time to time...well maybe not reread all of them but maybe some day I will!
